Damn you! Please send me some! My dad picked up a little from a guy at work, and I ate a TON of it while I was home over Christmas. Luckily, my mom thinks it looks gross, so there's more for the men!

But definitely, I would love to learn how to make summer sausage.

I just use the summer sausage mix from BassPro, add the jalapenos and cheese and then smoke it to 165 degrees. Deeeeelish!
Spending the entire upcoming weekend at the range and have to have something to eat ya know!
