Primers on the shelf.

As of a few minutes ago the Academy in Norman has a pretty fair amount of Winch. and CCI small rifle, small pistol and large pistol primers on the shelf.....$7.99 + tax per 100.

Academy in Stillwater had some last week. Same price—— no limit.

Thats still $79.99 per thousand. I made sure after the big shortage in 2004 - 2012 and prices got down to $20 a thousand to get enough to last a while.

I see SRP & SPP at Academy, on regular basis. Haven't LRP or LPP in 3 years.

It is about to reach the point of criticality.
Rifle supply is hanging in, but pistol primers is worrisome.

That's a bargain. In Tulsa they've got everything here except LRP but they're running 150 to 200 a thousand.

won't be long and all will be available - most can be bought on-line now - then prices will drop significantly - powder is mostly available - still a bit inflated but within reason - prices will not drop as long as people are cleaning the shelves.

Maybe/maybe not. I’m not a gambler, so if I find primers or powder I need, I’ll buy it at current prices. After the last 5 years, “in stock” trumps price.
