If you're shooting from the bench or prone, then shoot lefty on a right-handed gun and use the right hand to cycle the bolt - there are a couple of folks here who do and they are honestly well faster than most right-handed folks I've ever seen. You never have to take your shooting/trigger hand off of the gun, only your support hand.
