There's always some discussion about getting it engraved first, then sending in your paperwork. I think it's a good idea if you are shipping it off for engraving just in case it gets lost or otherwise screwed up by the engraver. If you are engraving locally then of course it's not an issue. Just food for thought regarding that. I'd hate to see someone stuck with a $200 stamp for a lower that was lost by FedEx lol
