Someone help me with Benchmade pricing...

So I just got married and I bought Benchmade Grips for most of my groomsmen. I think I paid ~ $75 a piece for them. I get on Benchmade's sight and they are well north of $120 if you want to "build" one...... something I played around recently with and the price was like in the $80 range. Did they have a huge price jump? Just don't see the price justification anymore?

I think Benchmade's website is probably putting up MSRP. I was in repete34's place today, and the Griptilian models he has are pretty much in line with what you paid.

benchmade does MAP pricing, was the steel choice on the build your own something special?

You guys don't understand.... just a month ago or so I played with the builder and it was significantly less than last week when I priced it out again. Just curious what the reason was for the crazy price hike.

Don't know of any price hike, must be a choice in blade steel. Maybe you choose the H2O or something? Sure you were in the builder for the grip?
