I think the gist of it is acting in disregard of the laws that the house, or maybe the senate, wrote, and he signed is not really in the purview of the office.

To wit; some, oh 38, or so delays and arbitrary changes to the ACA, for starters.

While not a huge Bohner fan in general, the rule of law has to mean something besides what the occupant of the office decides it means following breakfast everyday. Congress is the "Will of the people", even when its not.

This is not about the Boehner suing the pres. This is about the workarounds both sides have been using. Obama has been working outside the law for some time now with all of his illegal actions regarding his phone and his pen.

Boehner knows that an impeachment will never happen. so he is using a workaround. Is it a good idea? probably not. will it hurt our country in the long run? There isn't much left standing in my opinion. The foundations have eroded to the point that we are just waiting a stiff wind to knock it all down.

Its a colossal waste. The American People have gotten smarter. They are catching on.

Thus kinda vindictive politics is what cost the GOP after the Clinton impeachment. The GOP is playing a dangerous game. If this backfires the Dems could Win the Executive branch again, hold the Senate and possibly retake Congress.

The GOP needs to give the Tea Party the Boot before they cause the ruin of a political party.

There is no defence. We hafta live. Even if Obama is a turd, he won. Govt has to work a little bit. We cant just elect them and send them to Washington to not work on bills. Thats the Tea Party way.
