The retail association screwed themselves. They were asked to come to the table and refused for the most part, they asked for only 2 licenses and are now complaining about it.
792 is better overall because it takes the language out of the constitution which allows for tweaks and fixing the small issues over the next two years.
The bs being spewed by the rlao is sickening. Prices will go down, variety will stay the same, quality will go up, and the strong will survive.
