Cool. Never fished the blue river. Its on my bucket list. I know a guy that lives close to it.
Might have to contact him and see if he will "guide" me.

I snuck away today and the river is a little murky but not too bad. Green wooly buggers were the go to fly today.
They don't use Pawhuska city lake anymore for trout as they didn't want to drop the water level. I suspect they are making more money selling the water to the drillers that the trout brought in. It was a PITA getting on and off the ramp last year for the semi's in the parking lot.
I need to check out the perry city lake. That is the nearest to me now.
