My 10 year old son wanted to break out an MRE for lunch.

BBQ beef ribs, baked potato, corn, coleslaw, hot rolls and butter. And enough leftovers for tomorrow.

Roast beef with potatoes and carrots. Spinach to get my green and mixed berry muffins. She even pickled some beets for an additional treat.
