Yes it is real, and ive never checked but im pretty sure you cant see the reticle with it mounted backwards. I bet that guy goes through batteries.

You cannot see the reticle on a backwards EoTech. Which means he is deploying a rifle he has never fired, as equipped. Or he did fire it, shrugged his shoulders and threw in back in the trunk.
