There's a little place in Dallas that I only go to a few times a year (if that). I have to google it every time I'm in town, but I think it's called "Mama's Daughters' Diner." As they say in the south, it's "slap yo mama" good.
Back in the early 70's it was Hawaiian Gold. OH sorry not the same joint. LOL!
15 years ago I ate at waffle house every Sat. at 2:30 am lol
Now I'm there at 9:00 am.
I've left pieces of my dignity in Waffle Houses in several states.

Entering a waffle house negates the presence of dignity in general. That last word is pronounced "gentral" for those that frequent waffle house...
And for actual breakfast, Granny's in Stillwater.
