Looked at the picture, didn't go to the video, and haven't read most of the posts, but I think I saw her equal in an OKC WalMart a few years ago.
I do admire the attitude of those with what most of us would consider disfiguring (bad pun?) physical characteristics when they continue to function in public. Someone once very dear to me (though I wasn't very dear to her--highschool crush) has become morbidly obese, and someone told me she hasn't been out of her home for years. That makes, for me, a little spot of sadness.
