Bud Cummins and Huck had better be watching their backs. They could be the next targets of the ATF, DOJ, or the SS brown shirts.
SA were brown shirts, SS wore black.

And I’m pretty sure neither group would appreciate being compared to those alphabet agencies.

The ATF, in it’s regulatory capacity, is arguably beyond the law in creating new definitions defining a “gun dealer”. Most of my friends would be impacted and ANY gun owner should be alarmed by the ATF’s “execution” of a distinguished & law abiding citizen. The regulation is ambiguous and impossible to police. If you or I are shaping our collection we too could have the peep hole of our Ring-Doorbell taped over and our door broken down without warning in the wee-hours before dawn, without even knowing we were under investigation.

As with corruption at the IRS under Lois Lerner, or any of our Intelligence Agencies (with their Leadership lying to Congress or fascilitatjng Russia-gate), or collusion with the White House as the Courts prosecute Political Opposition; or with the family of the Commander-in-Chief being in receipt of 20 million funnelled through 24 shell companies, a lack of accountability will only produce more of the same behavior.

The Huckabee show had on an attorney that is working with the Malinowski family and has been involved with trying to find out more information about the raid.

At the end of the video, Huckabee mentions a source for more information.

Might want to get more informed on this one
this guy was doing far more than collecting firearms
the affidavit is long but skim through it to the pertinent parts
and you will find he was dealing lots of guns - many illegally

+++ should have added that the early am raid was totally unnecessary
I suspect the swat crews just love to get some action
problem is it sometimes results in unnecessary deaths on both sides

Here's some follow-up info.

The affidavit - heavily redacted - looks like he was under surveillance for some time(?).

I've not read the affidavit yet, but how many of those "illegal" dealings were the ATF baiting the guy? Could we also say that the ATF was involved with entrapment?

And, as has been mentioned before, he could have been served peacefully at just about any time and any place without the need of a predawn raid.

Yep, and if a guy is dealing in 'too many' glocks, what else could they do but execute the dude in a pre-dawn raid? I can't think of any alternative at all. I mean, it would be another matter if he worked at a high profile job in an office everyday or something.
