Two years ago after I lost my Dad my wife and I started a youth trap shooting club in his honor. The first year we had about 10 kids coming out to shoot each month but this last year we had 25 to 30 each month.
What a great thread!
I love it! I get to shoot with some of the FFA shooters on occasion. They will humble some of "older shooters".
Good job!!
I see from your profile that you are in the Panhandle. I'm originally from Keyes in Cimarron County and the wife was raised on a farm in far NW Texas County near Elkhart, Kansas. Thus the question, where was the shooting done?
If it was not in my profile that I was in the Panhandle the lack of trees in the pictures kinda gives it away. LOL The pics were taken north of Guymon. Do you still have family out in this area? I have lived here damn near all my life and have gotten used to not having any trees. Years ago after my wife and I got married her dad came out for the weekend to pheasant hunt with me. Friday night we were talking about where we were going to hunt and I informed him that I would drive him to a tree row on Saturday morning that was always loaded with birds. He laughed and asked just how early we were going to have to get up to make the drive. LOL
