Rogue Dead Guy - Christ this is hoppy
Rogue Mocha Porter - Hoppy too
Amadeus Blonde - This is pretty well done
Young's Double Chocolate Stout - Good, though I prefer the Shiner Black in this territory
choc Waving Wheat - Good, I like it. On par with much more expensive Belgian Whites IMO.

ETA:
Left Hand Milk Stout - Tastes almost like Optimator. Wife even came to that conclusion on her own.
Ommegang Witte - Well done like the Amadeus, a lot more gruity, if that makes sense. There's a lot more coriander IMO. I can taste more hops as well.

Next up:

I drink Old Style until I fall down.

Seriously though, here were some favorites of mine when I was into beer snobbery:

Goose Island Bourbon County Stout: Good luck finding it in OK! The winter beer of the ages.
Hercules Double IPA: It's a double IPA. If you know what that means, you know why I like it.
Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout: as stout as stout can be.
