I can confirm absolutely the rally has been moved to the Magnason hotel. The range will be open as normal.

We have been officially notified that due to the expectant large crowd (over 1000 people) the visit by Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum has been forced to change venues to just up the street from H&H on Meridian to the Magnuson Hotel and Meridian Convention Center, 737 S Meridian Ave. We ask you to please pass this information on to any of your friends who were hoping to come to Santorum’s Rally. Although Rick Santorum will still be visiting H&H it will only be for a quick thank you visit, and then he will head to his rally at the Magnuson Hotel.


This hotel is just north of the Bank 2 building on the west side of the street.

I just got back from seeing Senator Man-on-Dog (hereinafter referred to as SMOD) at ORU. Very crowded.

Things I gathered/noticed from the event:

-SMOD and his supporters really want more war in the middle east, and the sooner the better. SMOD more or less called for war in Iran within the first 3 minutes of taking the podium. Standing ovation.
-About 3-4 minutes into the speech, SMOD proceeded to talk about abortion and contraception for way too long.
-SMOD really, really knew his Oklahoma audience well, at one point going out of his way to say (paraphrase) "it may be the Catholics (under attack) now, but they won't be the last if they get away with it", (because Catholics don't count as real Christians in Oklahoma...and he knows that. Good homework, SMOD!)
-SMOD supporters give a standing ovation for just about any sentence containing a variant of "Islamist".
-SMOD pulled out a pocket constitution. Standing ovation.
-SMOD gave a horrible, convoluted answer to a student who asked why he doesn't support Obamacare, when he generally aligns himself with the positions of the Catholic Church (which supported Obamacare).
-ORU has a College Democrats Club apparently? It may or may not consist solely of the one kid who asked the aforementioned question.

I would guess from your smartass remarks that you are a disciple of the anti-Semitic nutbar and surrender monkey Wrong Paul who would get us all killed. If you are uncomfortable with someone talking about abortion I suspect you have no problem with killing unborn babies. And apparently you would have no problem living under Sharia law. Pathetic.

Actually they do NOT want more war anywhere, they just know it is coming and would rather do it before Iran gets nukes.

As far as Catholics not counting as real Christians, to a lot of people they do not. My late in-laws and many others I know look down on Catholics for some reason.

As for the Catholics supporting Obamacare, that is not so much any more.
