I recently bought but yet to install new windows from there. I am dealing with Ben Castagna. Everything so far has been ben great. I had several companies in Tulsa come out and talk to me about it. In the end, I decided on Thermal Windows. I talked to the following companies. Lowes, Home Depot(most expensive by far), Windows by Jeff, Window World, Bill Haynes(pushiest salesman wanted me to sign on the spot.) Builders Supply Company(cheaper than anyone by $1500). There was another company but I do not remember the guys name. He flat out said I am going to be more expensive than everyone else. They build crap and I sale good products.

The reason I decided to go with Thermal Windows is this. They make their own windows in Tulsa. I always try to shop local. If I have anything go wrong, I am not going to get the run around about contact the manufacturer or contact the installer bull that could happen with other guys. It seems like a great company and I will let you know once I get them installed. I am getting 10 windows of various sizes.

Built my own house a several years ago and used Thermal windows and doors. We like them.
5 years in, I had a window get some moisture inside the two layers of glass.
When they came out you could not see the moisture, but they measured and replaced it no questions asked.
Also, I lost the latch to one of the screen doors when I was installing them, I stopped by to buy another one and they handed my one no charge.

I had them replace my windows. I was very impressed on how the installers cleaned up after themselves and their attitude.
Windows just seemed to be quality.

We used them and were happy with the results. The sales guy we dealt with was not pushy. They are not the cheapest guys in town, but are very professional. I would hire them again.
After they installed the windows, the alarm company came back to put window sensors in. They cut into the calking to bury in the wires. I called Thermal Windows, to ask where I should buy calk that would match (I had remembered the tube saying 50 year calk). They said they would have a crew out within the next week to recalk my windows (figured this was going to be a c-note, but what the hey).
The next day at 3:30, two guys showed up, re-calked all my windows. When I got my checkbook out they looked at me as if I was drunk and asked what I was doing. I asked if I owed them anything, and they said heck no.

My next door neighbor's son used another company (can't remember the name) - they cracked a window during the install, and said they would be back soon to replace it. Four years later, he is still waiting. The people I have spoken to who have had to warranty work done have been happy with them. That is worth the extra cost in my book.

Window world, good windows, installers were inept to say the least. Glad I didn't pay all up front, took two more visits to get things right.

Sounds like Thermal has a good record, and they're local as Cue mentioned and that is an important point. Thanks everyone for your time and opinions.

Everyone here seems to like them, but for more opinions, have you checked / signed in on Angie's List?

The address and contact information listed at this link are obsolete. The information belonged to a dealership that Thermal Windows had in Oklahoma City. That dealership was replaced with a factory-owned store in 2008. Following is the current information for the Oklahoma City Metro:
