Despite claims that "Obama owns this mother(expletive)!" and that "Y'all can't do (expletive) to me," a 20-year-old woman was jailed on a breach of peace charge, according to recently released Fort Pierce police records.

Tamaria Denise Epps got locked up April 19 following what some might consider a non-Presidential encounter in the area of South 10th Street and Easter Avenue in Fort Pierce.

Fort Pierce police about 2:10 p.m. went to the area after a report of a fight on a school bus. The altercation was between two 16-year-old girls and involved a $12 debt for hair care services, records show.

As police separated the two involved, Epps is accused of starting to yell profanity. Told to stop, Epps said, "(Expletive) you. This is a free country."

When police asked Epps to leave, she said, "(Expletive) you (racial slur). You can't tell me what to do. Obama owns this mother(expletive)!"

The reports contain no details on the "mother(expletive)" that Epps claimed Obama owns.

"(Expletive) all y'all," Epps is quoted as saying when police told her to walk away. "Y'all can't do (expletive) to me."

She ended up spilling what she said was Budweiser on an officer.

Meanwhile, the bus driver told police the two 16-year-old girls got off the bus and began arguing, with one attacking the other. In speaking with the girls, police learned one was upset over an outstanding $12 debt for hair care services.

In school they started to "have words" about the debt.

The teen identified as the debtor said she heard the teen identified as the debtee "say she is going to have her family at the bus stop to jump her if she does not get her the money," a report states.

The debtor said she called her mother.

The debtee said when she learned the debtor called her mom, she called her sister. The debtee's sister said she went to the bus stop with Epps to ensure no one hurt her sister.

Epps, of the 1200 block of North 24th Street in Fort Pierce, was arrested on a breach of peace charge.
