Where would you be able to shoot one in this state? Are they worth the investment? I'm guessing reloading/loading is the only way to shoot it and not require a mortgage for your ammo? Anybody have experience with it?

I have a buddy in New Mexico that bought one 4 or 5 years ago. He reloads and its still like 7 dollars a bullet dont quote me on that..
Very awesome! You can buy one for 7K i believe

Yes you could shoot it.

As far as "investment", it's not an inexpensive weapon to buy or feed.

Unless you have a need for one (which, let's face it, very few do), and I'm betting you do not or you wouldn't have asked, consider spending far less money on something you can afford to practice with regularly.

Something tells me if you have to ask this, you'd be better served buying a Savage, Remington or maybe Sako in a common caliber. Like Moboost said, crawl then walk.
