So I called every citgo number I could find and told them what I thought of hugo chavez and yelled at them about flying the Texas flag half mast but my girlfriend told me to quit messing with rich oil companies. I will say everyone I called spoke broken english the first guy was nice and gave me another number to ***** too but told me to wait in line cause everyone is mad at them.

Yes it is. State/company flags are open to what ever they want, but the office of the president is the only one allowed to drop the US flag.
I don't doubt the duffus we have occupying the office right now wouldn't authorize it as he loved the guy as another socialist, but at this
