I have gained a tremendous amount of peace in how I am dealing with the ex.
I have a situation where I am able to see my kids more now than I have over the last 9 months.
I am healthy & my kids are healthy.
I have an amazing group of friends whom I am thankful for.
I have enjoyed the comforts of old whiskey, young women and great music quite often lately.

Just found out yesterday that I am going to be a GRANDPA! Yea! It took our youngest (29) of 3 kids tho to be the first.
Oh yeah, God's mercy is new every morning!

1 month ago i just about took a dirt nap, then suffered thru a dbl hernia repair that cost me a buddy.

Today, im pain free(kinda), i have an itch that i cant scratch. I can touch my toes, put on my own socks n shoes and cough without bawlin.

Ive implemented one thing on my bucket list and its going good.

My wife and kids are doing good and took good care of ol dad.

Im a happy, happy guy and life is good.

got a job, a roof over my head, a paid off ole' truck, and on Sat. the 30th of march i start 5 days of PAID vacation.

Going to Ft. Benning Georgia again this year in June. But this time imma be a range officer!
Going to Panama City Beach 3 days after Georgia
Got good grades
Going to Louisiana this weekend to be with mom for Easter

Been, some of your best years will be your college years. A lot of freedom, and not of a lot of responsibility. Enjoy every single solitary minute of it. It will pass all too quickly, and you'll soon be stuck in the real world with the rest of us.

Excellent advice. College is delicate balance of fun and responsibility. Too much of either detracts from the overall experience. I would go back and relive my college years in a millisecond if I could.

Good deal, Been. Big times comin' down the road. What's in store after graduation?

2 years of Tulsa Community College, tuition payed and all. Gonna get my basics out of the way. After TCC I plan on going to OU, OSU, OBU, or LSU. Havnt made up my mind yet.

Smart boy. Concentrate on making the best grades you can so you can get scholarships and grants when you go to college and also be thinking about post-graduate work.
