US Shooting Academy-Who's Trained There?

I'm giving a thought to contacting the USSA to check out class size so me, co-workers & friends can fill a class...train & have some fun. Who on OSA has experience with USSA? Was it worth the time or should we go out of state to some of the other training centers?

I would try here first. www.tdsa.us Some of the best training in the US. They also do private classes as you have suggested. They train at USSA but are not USSA.

The instructors at USSA are great, as are those at TDSA. I have trained and will train with both. Either way you go it's money well spent.

Anyone know what happened to the majority of the classes they used to give at USSA? Seems like a couple years ago they offered TONS of classes. 2 days with M1 Garand training, AR, 1911 and Glock armorer classes, etc etc etc.......But now on their website they don't list anything but the basic CCW, Combat handgun 1, 2 and 3 and just basic classes everyone offers.

Im a member. GREAT people in my book. Facility is top notch, very clean, and organized. Only complaint is max range for rifles is 200yds.

I don't even see those offered any more. I was considering joining for training group but if you look at their website it looks it doesn't even exist.

When did they cut it to 200?
