Just thought I'd share. Bought brass 5.56 today at Sports World in Tulsa at $6.99/20 and brass .45 ACP at Academy for $14.99/50. I think they're both sales so if that's a good deal to you go quick. PMAGs are cheaper at Academy by about $3.

I guess my I've been getting lucky. I've scored two cases (1,000 rds) of Federal 55gr recently for $250 a case. I missed one of the cases but got the other two.
Awesome deal!

I think that they were actually 55 grain, but I don't remember. I cracked them open last night to fill up my new magazines and they appear to be milsurp. Weren't all pretty and shiny like new. Not that I care, but fair disclosure.

And Safe Home Consulting, or Bear Beam or whatever you prefer, is another great place! Charles is a good guy and incredibly smart. Great prices, great gear. I just bought a lower there with Jeremiah 51:20 laser etched on it. I'm the envy of the guys at church now

SGammo out of Stillwater is my go to bulk ammo source. Prices are right and the ammo is fresh. Quick shipping too.
