That's the only thing I can think of. Cocked and unlocked without a proper holster. caught the trigger on something in his pocket. I know a lot of people pocket carry but I've just never found a way to do it comfortably. Same with IWB.

Only 1 time in my life have I ever seen a weapon fire on its own, and that was an old worn out m249 in the army and nobody was even touching it. It was just sitting there on the tripod and it just started going off I about crapped my pants for a second before I twisted the belt on it.

Cooked and locked in your pocket? WOW!
You know the Glock pistol is cooked only as you pull the trigger. Even then, I still have reservations of carrying one without a holster.
