Thread ranking medals, Are they changing?

I'm late to the party boys, but do you loose any points for medal ranking due to a "mod hand slap warning"? I mean, are they writing up a page 15 in my SRB (military slang here)?

I know what you mean by an article 15 but you could be written up either on page 12 or 15 in your Service Record Book (SRB) as well.
