I think we're kinda screwed either way... if Trump wins, the riots will be out of control nationally. If the other side wins, our rights will be down the toilet, unless the Republicans hold the Senate and retake the House - but even then, I don't trust the Republican party to stay away from guns and freedom of speech and assembly. Those will be easy targets with a blue White House.

You are correct. One thing is for sure, I learned my lesson during the 1994-2004 AWB. Lowers and mags, buy them cheap and stack them deep while you can.

Getting closer every day. A lot of people are peaceful, law abiding citizens. So far....

But wouldn’t the people talked about in that meme be in the wrong if they’re violating existing law? I’m just trying to reconcile your position in this thread with the position you’ve taken in your little spat with TK over in another thread.

My point is most people are peaceful and law abiding. We expect and respect the police for doing their jobs. At some point, if the law isn’t being enforced or law enforcement is overwhelmed it may become necessary for law abiding citizens to take the necessary action to stop the anarchy. A bit different than deliberately breaking the law and saying you don’t care about the law or calling all cops jack booted thugs.

Quit trying to apply logic here. Pstmstrbtr knows his stuff, and doesn't need any of that reasoning or newfangled math.

It’s ok to break the law if you believe in the law and respect cops....because Clint Eastwood said it or because someone put words in a picture of him playing a guy who might’ve said that...in a movie.

It’s cool to advocate using live ammo on people committing property crimes too.

But if you break a law you believe is unconstitutional (with no victim) and only respect cops who earn that respect you’re a POS scofflaw.

Got it.

Trump is simultaneously deploying federal officers to fight socialism while he works to create it at the same time.

$800M government “loan” to Kodak to create a pharmaceutical division? That’s some free market capitalism for you, not!
