Went from fayetteville to houston down US59. Of the tons of vehicles passing me were trucks transporting used cars and trucks. We counted over 30 semi's and countless pickups pulling a truck and a car on a tow dolly. Also counted 6 semi's full headed back north with slicked up used cars.
Must be an auto refurbishing industry in Houston

I went from my house in east TX to Ruston, LA yesterday and saw A BUNCH of trucks loaded with vehicles on I-20. There’s a big car auction in Shreveport, and I figured that was where those were going.

During my career, I have seen thousands of convoys of Mexican drivers transporting used cars, busses, trucks, etc south to Mexico. All had papers, all had bill of sales, all had temp tags and were following the traffic laws. It must have been a really booming business because it was a 24-7, 365 day, operation.

Oh man they drive though Guymon all the time. There will be one vehicle towing two more behind it and they all need body work.

I assume the one doing the pulling is the best one mechanically.

As for legality of the vehicles, no idea.

I’d love to see you drive the ”bird” route from Houston to Vera Cruz.🤣
