You don't really believe this do you? Holy crap.
Can you show us how liberals running school districts in a conservative state have made said schools better? Because it sure seems to me that rather than providing the education expected by the citizens of Oklahoma, they seem a bit more intent on proving they’re smarter than the rest of us, while blaming poor results on poor funding.

Perhaps if they’d stop fighting us tooth and nail while looking down their noses at us, they’d get more support? :anyone:

We have decades of empirical (and inarguable) evidence - which constitutes 'proof' as far as sane people are concerned - that liberal superintendents who "work hand-in-hand" with the state teachers' union (and who deceitfully claim to "listen to... The People...") created this state's school system mess, in the first place. I want no part of the insanity of continuing that shining example of liberals' very best problem-solving skills.

I'd vote for a drunken monkey throwing darts at a "yes/no" dartboard - which would get better results than Oklahoma has had from liberal superintendents - before I'd ever vote for another non-conservative candidate (regardless of whether that candidate claimed to be a Republican, Independent, Democrat, or Rastafarian).

Outside of the large urban districts, how many districts are being run by liberals?

As a lifelong educator, political conservative, state delegate, county official, and platform committee member in the GOP, I am disturbed by the success of the propaganda about public education in Oklahoma.

Do conservatives really believe that the teachers that mostly vote conservative in a conservative state are mindless rubes of the OEA? An organization that most educators I know do not belong to. I've read what the liberal educators are saying and it is as illogical as the what I'm reading from the right.

No, just rib a lib family member.

You seem touchy, as if your feelings get hurt at the thought of proving liberals wrong. You OK bro?

Hardly. I'm perfectly fine. I just also happen to be married to a hard working teacher who is rightfully concerned about the future of Oklahoma education.

I mean, at this point, what could it hurt? To take your side's word we are at the bottom right now, so we can't really get any worse off right? And in case you didn't hear:

DeSantis-backed candidates flip Florida school board from liberal to conservative

25 out of 30 Desantis backed candidates won. Some were running against dims. So it's not just us dumb okies...

My side? What exactly do you think my side might be? I'm a registered Republican.

Liberals focus on the dollars and how there are never enough. Why is that?

And then spend millions upon millions on new sport facilities.

Public education is a complete cluster.

One problem is the dollars are going to extracurricular activities while the teachers beg for money on Facebook for school supplies.

You think schools are only building sport facilities?

Public education is a complete cluster because of how little the state spends per student and the huge number of unnecessary administration staff.

My wife used to come out of pocket for hundreds of dollars every year for her supplies. She's been in a different district for several years now and thankfully doesn't need to do that any longer.

No way grace was a better choice. She enabled a sexual predator for years. Look up Ron Arthur. She should be in jail for letting the abuse continue by not reporting him and firing him.

My nephew attended Shawnee when it was going on . . . as I said, neither were a great option.

What districts do you believe are currently ran by liberals?

Deer Creek of Edmond? Edmond Public Schools? Tulsa Public Schools? Norman Public Schools?

What exactly do you think Walters is going to do that is that magic pill?

What fighting are you talking about?
