Washington's power grid ain't what it use to be, I remember outages being rare lasting minutes, before I left they were common, random and lasted hours to days.Still no juice in my part of Tulsa. Being a transplant from Washington, what I don't get is where are all the utility trucks? I'm driving around trying to stay cool, and I still haven't seen a single one. In WA, they would be EVERYWHERE. Of course, they would have had nearly all power recovered within 24 hrs after a bad storm also.
Does Tulsa simply not have the necessary infrastructure?
