Law officers raided several homes this morning and made arrests on illegal drug and gun-trafficking complaints.

Midwest City and Oklahoma City police, FBI agents and members of the U.S. Marshal Service's metro fugitive task force and federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers executed 13 state arrest warrants and two state search warrants at 11 different locations, said Midwest City Police Chief Brandon Clabes.
The warrants stem from an investigation which began in January of 2009 and involves a multitude of crimes including illegal drug and gun trafficking.
Names of those arrested were not released this morning
This investigation is ongoing and most likely will lead to additional arrests, Clabes said. This is our effort to be proactive in combating criminal activity within the boundaries of Midwest City.
Clabes said the investigation crossed a number of jurisdictions and involved a number of state and federal agencies.
We are proud of the hard work which has been awarded through the arrest of many people. It paves the way to making our city even safer in the future, Clabes said.
