Why follow the laws that I don't agree with or like? Can I claim to be an alien who doesn't recognize laws of the US and get rewarded? Seems to be the same to me, if the government's would enforce said laws already on the books we wouldn't need new ones. I know, it is a novel idea to protect and serve the actual law abiding citizens in our country versus law breakers.
