So last night while I was out with the dogs, I noticed this light in south Tulsa around Memorial, perhaps north Bixby, that I hadn’t seen before. It pulses about every six seconds, with a duration of about half a second. It’s not a strobe, as it glows on and off rather than flashes, and it lights up a good portion of the clouds in the southern sky. Not a searchlight either that I could tell - it doesn’t trace a circular pattern. Just pulses.

It was still going this morning. Anyone down that way who knows what it is?

Maybe a bright flashing sign (especially if it has a uniformed glowing frequency), with the low cloud cover.

Hey -- Wait a minute -- Isn’t that how the aliens started their attack in the original movie version of War of the Worlds.

Where’s renown Dr. Clayton Forrester (Gene Barry) when you need him !!!!!!

Most likely fishing !!!!!

Sightings in Paris, London ( I’m sorry, I added the Paris and London part) and Bixby !!!!!!!

Listen to me. Do NOT go into the light. Stop where you are. Turn away from it. Don't even look at it....
Agreed. Get aluminum foil IMMEDIATLY and line your cap with it. Best brand is Reynold's Wrap because it isn't porous like the inferior stuff is and it stops the theta waves that come from Uranus and takes over your brain.

Do it quickly!! There is no time to lose!

Whatever the light is, it’s quite powerful. Lights up a good portion of the sky. Be interesting if it’s still visible tonight; I just might have to get in the car and “go into the light” to see what it is!
