Thought I’d post my latest project

Nice build, looks like its gonna stress test driveline everything lol. Just last week, an old friend was telling me about a really quick Audi, he said it was in the mid 10's. He even said he was thinking about picking one up. Course I told him it's about time he came to his senses. Tell me more...

    [4Sale]  Dan Wesson .357 Magnum 6" Barrel

Like the Johnny Cash song says: " One Piece at a Time" Up for sale is a 6" Vent Ribbed half lugged shroud and barrel with the 1st gen barrel and site tool. The barrel was part of the kit my father had back in the 70's and like him they are both gone. It's been sitting around doing nothing since...

    Mid-life crisis car

Great color, on one of my favorite cars no less. I'm trying to thin my herd, to many muscle cars and bikes. But hey I could certainly make room for that Buick. ;)

What’s your best Garage Sale finds?

I've bought things from antique musical instruments from the 1800's-1900's to cars/trucks/motorcycles and vintage vinyl. Last good one was a guy moving to an apartment and he had full vintage Kennedy tool boxes, motorcycle lifts and gun(s) safes.... I bought as much as I could.

    Radiator repair shops around Tulsa

For future reference: I've used "Broken Arrow Muffler and Radiator" on Kenosha to re-core a leaky clogged up radiator out of a Jeep CJ5 with a V8 swap. Re-coring old school Harrison radiators is becoming a lost art, he even added an additional core to increase cooling cap. The price was very...

    Swamp Rats in OK?

I've lived in the country, I've seen my share of mammals that aren't supposed to be in Ok. Now I live in the city and see more Possum sized Norway Rats crossing the street or stealing dog food than I did in the country. WTH!

    Anybody restore an automobile

I've done a few. First rule of the game, is to be realistic. Second, is be realistic. The last is get ocd and do as much work on your own as you can. Its always a plus to have long-term storage, catalogue everything, take pictures from every angle and have more than basic tools on hand.

I'm drag racing tonight Thunder valley.

Just a quick drive by assessment no offense. That 3:70 gear is gonna get your mph where it should be, and that convertor is a bit much. Harmonics at rpm could be a handful of things, my last run in with it was with a 468/400 combo in a 64 El Camino it was a out of balance D/S I had it built and...

    94 F150 Issues

Without knowing the hard data when these events occur, stuff like temp, fuel pressure, voltage, timing, O2 function etc... I'm diagnosing blind, but it could be a few things you may or may not have addressed. The easiest is fuel pump relay sometimes they have connection issues both internally...

    Sold My Buick Grand National...

Been there done that, back in the late 90's early 00's. I had one it was also highly modded and tough to tune. But when it ran right it was awesome, I rebuilt it more than once, I finally got it sorted out and it left me with a TE-45, 72lb injectors, nice heads, roller cam, PTE front mount and a...

    Cold Steel

I have a few Cold Steel products, and have found them very useful and practical. For the price you can't beat the Bushman its simplicity, toughness and versatility make it well worth the price. Needless to say I have more than one. The Recon's and the new Triad stuff are decent as well.
