I got this bubba'd 1903 at a pawn shop. I always love to have a project and this has been a fun one, I'm almost past the work part of the project and on to the fun part, which is making her shoot nice.

Started as this

Got the stock in

Had to do some minor fitting, and got some parts in, so I decided to take an early "family" picture

Need to have a gunsmith do some minor work on the stock where the bolt closes, cause I am scared to take a dremel to a $200 dolar stock, two more parts should come in the mail tomorrow and then it will be done, except for the stock work and some blueing.

Well, money has been real tight after a sister in laws wedding and other expenses so I decided to do a few things myself. The rifle is now ready to be shot, if we ever get a non windy day. I am still going to have Donald do some parkerizing and other things to it, but here she is all done for now!
