Maybe you've heard the Mayor Rahm Emanuel is going to allow shooting ranges in Chicago, yeah right.

It could be that he is setting the parameters to allow exclusive places for the rich and powerful, if you are rich no problemo.

I wonder how much the ammo. that you purchase on-site is going to cost and what the tax placed upon it will be in order for Chicago to ger their "fair share"?

My gosh and I thought military ranges were a pain to run! There's no way to interpret these rules, in their entirety, except as another end run by Chicago.
I will be really pleased to see this one get slapped down and I would really like to see the city get slammed for continually trying to evade the clear intent of the Supreme Court's decisions.

I really think there is an overall strategy to try to wait out the current 5-4 conservative leaning majority in the hope that President Obama will get to appoint one more, before he is kicked from office, who will suddenly reinterpret the 2d Amendment in a new "progressive" and enlightened way.
