Yes. Submitted mine early Wednesday morning before their maintenance break. Didn't have it in hand but CZ was nice enough to include the serial number on my invoice.
I ordered mine direct from CZ through the Mil/LE sales program. J-dog got his from a PSA a few days ago. Quickest PSA shipping ever... EVER!
That thing has no hunting value and is black. It should be banned.
