2 L.A. deputies shot in head, "Death to Police!" protesters at E.R.

Two L.A. sheriff's deputies were shot in the head while sitting in a patrol vehicle at a metro rail station in Compton on Saturday evening.
Deputies were transported to hospital and protesters gathered outside the Emergency Room, allegedly yelling "Death to Police!" and "Hope they ----ing die!"

Authorities called the shooting an "ambush" and said the deputies are "fighting for their lives" in the hospital.
Both deputies one male one female had been on the job for just over a year.

I also read somewhere that the protestors were actually blocking the emergency entrance to the hospital. Those people should be arrested and prosecuted same as the gunman if you ask me.

These episodes are largely regional. It's Compton. No, there will not be any proverbial straws there.

I used to live in the People's Republic of Kalifornia. Some places one simply did not visit. Compton is a place you don't go with less than platoon strength accompaniment. If you get my drift.

One of the officers is a mother (6 year old son), is that why she was targeted? No, targeted only for the job she was doing.

To the protesters blocking the entrance & exit of the HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM yelling "We hope they die" referring to 2 LA Sheriff's ambushed today in #Compton: DO NOT BLOCK EMERGENCY ENTRIES & EXITS TO THE HOSPITAL. People's lives are at stake when ambulances can't get through.

Some heads are in dire need of being knocked together. I think that is the solution, they understand nothing else but physical force. Otherwise it will continue.
