I think that if they’re gonna require you to have a title for you ATV or dirt bike, then you should be able to ride it on city streets and/or highways...as long as you have headlights, taillights, turn signals, and all the other stuff they require you to have in order to be street legal. If they require a title for an ATV or dirt bike, how will they be able to enforce that law if you only ride your ATV or dirt bike on private property? While it maybe a law, there doesn’t seem to be a very good system of making sure that people are compliant with it. As one of you mentioned earlier, it smells like yet another government cash grab to me.
Yes by establishment republicans...we in OK are stupid enough to keep electing them and they keep raising our taxes. YES, the democrats would be worse, but we are essentially being held hostage under Stockholm syndrome because they wave the flag every now and then. When Trump cut taxes, the repubs in OK raised state taxes to offset the federal tax cuts. But we just keep accepting it.
