Good friend of mine's family has land near Eufala Lake and I was told I was more than welcome(after deer hunting season is over) to go do some pig hunting. I guess they're all over the place and they want them thinned out at least. I have a couple mags of Hornady TAP 75gr JHP, but I cant' get my hands on anymore of that at the price I paid for what I already have. Looking for some solid JHP that will do some serious damage.

I think you will be far better off with a soft point for anything over 125#. Accuracy of course trumps any bullet construction with a .223. Right behind the ear with a .17HMR will drop a 250 pound hog just as quick at a .308 right behind the ear.

Barnes VorTX 62gr. same bullet as the Rem Razorback but cheaper. Amazing performance on whitetail, haven't put one in a hog YET, the hogs ain't cooperating.
@nd choice would be the Win 64gr PSP.
