There‘s a third Gen 6906 for sale now in the classifieds. One of the odd ducks when it comes to the model number - the fourth digit normally means a SS frame, but not in this case. Should be “6903“ - go figure.

Yes but it would still work for me if I can get him to trade and can get there.

I've got an early 4506 with the hooked trigger guard like the 745. Really like it.
Kind of heavy for a daily packer but I still carry it in the woods a lot. Shooting it sure is fun. My old Safariland holster is not going to last much longer.
Have not found anything it would not feed.

Continue to watch for a 4513TSW I can afford.

Sadly I had nothing he wanted to trade for so it is still there along with a 909 for you single stack guys.

I had one of those, sold it and got a 4506-1. I also had a 908 here awhile back, sold it on armslist.

There are a couple third gens for sale at SSP now. They're typically pretty fairish on pricing, but the ones in the classifieds now look like relative bargains.

yeah someone must have read this thread because they are being posted left and right now! if i didn't have a 3913 i'd jump on that 908. i love the single stack 3rd gens.
