9mm pcc zero

So, everything I'm seeing for a sub gun people are recommending a 25/100 zero, but that's through a 6-ish inch barrel.
Asking because I recently got me a nak9 and it's got a 11 inch barrel. I've had a 16 inch ar9 before and that was like a laser beam at 50.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a 11 inch barrel? I know there's only like a 200fps difference, but just checking about for ideas.

Strelok...your desired hit zone size, calculate MPBR from there based on your input.

I have my AK-V zeroed to 25 yards and it is a 10.5" barrel. Just got this today with my first mag at 25.

I favor the 25 yard zero. Living in a an older neighborhood. If needed for 100 yard plus where I live. I should have retreated before engaging.
