I didn't see that anybody mentioned it. You will need new mags for 38 super. 9mm mags will not work, however, 38 super mags will work for 9mm. As for ejector you need a 38 super ejector, the 9mm is too short, but once you have the Super ejector in it will work fine for 9mm. And as stated a new barrel and your golden.

Yeah, in all the common chamberings, 38Sup has the longest COL

38Sup: 1.28in
45acp/10mm: 1.26in
9mm: 1.169in
40S&W: 1.135in

Of course, today in the EAA Witness world, all the mag bodies are the same size externally.
