Me and a friend are looking at getting pelican cases and having them cut to fit our guns. anyone in the Tulsa area That does it?
I don't know if anyone around here does such a thing. If you check out youtube there are some decent video tutorials on constructing DIY hotwire foam cutters. It looks simple and fairly inexpensive enough that its probably worth the effort to make one yourself.
Replacement foam is pretty expensive direct from Pelican but there are alternative sources available through the web.

I just used a filet knife and it worked perfectly.
Also, be careful of using anything to "melt" the foam. Those fumes are highly toxic!
