I was at the outdoor show in OKC earlier this year and picked up a brochure about resorts on the Little Red river which is the tailwaters below Greers Ferry Lake in Central Arkansas.
Didn't know the world record brown trout at 40 lbs and 4 oz was caught from that stretch of river. Its been broken in the last few years, but they have brook and cutthroat as well as rainbow.
Looking for somebody that's been there done that. Great striper fishing up on Greers Ferry lake too.

I believe there's a section on the Little Red

Thanks.
I've found the Arkansas fish and game weekly report that does give some pretty good info.
Didn't know that the one time world record walleye and the state record hybrid striper came out of Greers Ferry lake. Sounds like a real fertile fishery. Looking forward to fishing the lake and tailwaters.
