Anyone ever shoot at the Cimarron River in Ripley near Stillwater? Is it legal?

Looking north from the 33 bridge it's on the far bend you can see. You go through Ripley and that the road just on the other side of the bridge going out of town. The road is on the west siDE and runs along the north bank of the river.


I'm not really sure what they told him, at the time the pawnee range was still open and free. I shot there for over thirty years...
