I'm looking at putting a hot tub in my backyard and I'm looking for advice. Of course I would rather keep my purchase in the OSA family.
You can buy refurbs at a place, 17th & Memorial in Tulsa. The nice thing about refurbs is that they use generic components that are readily available. When I had my tub a plastic filter holder broke and I had to pay more than $100 for that mfgrs' part.
The high end spas are about $2,500 .. it's a bargain.
