AR-15 in 5.56 WANTED

This is what i want: Forged upper/lower (NO BILLET), 16" threaded stainless barrel, mid length gas system, Rifle length buffer assembly. The buffer system isnt a big deal since its easy to change out but the other are must haves. The picture is of the end goal when i am finished with it. Just looking for a good base rifle to build on vs starting from scratch.

I have cash or guns to trade...a few AKs and a 5.56 Galil Clone.
