Yeah i bought a TRS-25 a couple years ago for $50. Occasionally they go on sale. I have it on a M&p-15-22. It holds zero and does ok for a plinker. For anything semi-serious though (like HD) I’d say step up to at least the Sig Romeo 5. I have one on a AR pistol and I feel it’s a fantastic optic for the price.

Mine will be tested on a MP15-223/556. Guess I'll cross my fingers or return it.

Aimpoint Comp M4’s and Aimmpoint Magnifiers on all my rifles. The magnifier makes the red dot work with astigmatism for me.

The Bushnell TRS-25 is a tough one for the money.
