Normally i would concur s4f, but without seeing the condition of the barrel extension and upper mating surfaces im still leaning toward a magazine issue.
Would love an update by the op with some pics.

Contact PSA and ask them to resolve the problem.

And with their services, you'll have it back by August. I'd find someone locally. I'm sure you have tried different mags to rule that out. After that, probably something to do with the feed ramps. Check with Coldhandarms and see if he can fix you up.

You're right, it could very well be a mag issue, I am making the assumption that more the failure has occurred with multiple magazines.
