A decade ago I was in bloomington IN. Four teenagers tried to rob me at knife point one night downtown. The cops were not interested. I understand they did rob many people. Next day going into a restaurant for lunch four kids with IU hats and clothes ran around me and shoved to get in line first. A few weeks later I was in Waco, TX. Teenagers downtown were polite. I was heading into a bar for food/drink and four kids with Baylor gear got in front of me, opened the doors, stood back, and let me in first. Shocking the differences.
